Five-step delivery process
1. Concept and CAD design
Share architectural drawings, target dimensions, photographs, viewing distance and service-access constraints. We define the technical questions before pricing.
2. Structural and optical simulation
We determine module segmentation, seam placement, frame geometry, loading, brightness and pixel pitch.
3. Prototype validation
Critical custom parts are sampled to verify radius, magnet position, cabinet tolerance and installation sequence.
4. Production and 72-hour aging
Modules are assembled, calibrated and tested for pixel, signal, color and power stability.
5. Global delivery and support
The shipment includes labeling, spare parts, drawings and commissioning guidance. Remote and project-specific on-site support can be planned.
